Top-ups - Users are required to top-up prior to cap being reached (iGo Lite and iGo packages only).
Throttling - Subscribers of G1, G3, G6 and G9 packages are throttled to a maximum of 64kbps once cap is reached and will be able to top up with a data bundle.
Delivery period - Packages will be received by 17H00 on the next working day to main centers once all documents are received. Express, stand alone accessory and outlying deliveries will be charged for.
Bundles - Modem and Antenna bundles are only available on initial sign-up and not as an upgrade or migration.
